Name: Panopoly playing board Type: playing surface Description: This is the main game board. It represnts the players' positions, possession of ecosystems, and population levels of those ecosystems. There are artifacts at each of the four corners, symbolising the effect of that location on the player. |

Name: Playing piece Type: token Description: A standard token represents the players. Each player has a differently coloured sphere contained within the token. |

Name: Die Type: information device Description: This fancy die will graphically represent the endurance and luck of each player. In other words, it's just a normal die. |

Name: Drooping Leaf Tree Type: artifact Description: This particular tree resides on the playing board at one of four special tiles. These tiles are forests and play a special role in the game. Players landing in a forest may acquire it and later derive time from other players who become lost in their forest. |

Name: Ownership Token Type: token Description: This token may be used to indicate which ecosystems a player controls. When activated, these tokens appear on every one of the player's ecosystems. |

Name: DNA Generator Type: artifact Description: The DNA Generator provides the players with the genetic material to start life within their dead ecosystems. |

Name: Viewer Type: interface Description: The Viewer displays detailed information on the creatures and ecosystems controlled by a player. The three bowls represent the temperature, water, and food needs of a creature. For an ecosystem, it indicates the amount of these traits it provides a creature. |

Name: Millenium Clock Type: artifact Description: The Millenium Clock hovers above the start tile where all players gain time. It is adorned with four different types of planets. The single hand indicates the current year and full rotation takes 1000 years. |

Name: Limbo Sphere Type: artifact Description: This fearsome place is a demi-god's prison. Once in limbo, an entity is trapped in time, unable to move forward or backward until released by external means. |

Name: Maze Type: artifact Description: A simple diversion such as this artifact provides allows the players to expend their time without accomplishing anything. |

Name: Wormhole Type: artifact Description: The last place a player wishes to enter is no place at all. The Wormhole is a hole in space-time that pulls anyone nearing it into Limbo. |
